Dance Auditions are held at the UB Center for the Arts Dance Studios. Please arrive at 8:30 a.m. for a 9 a.m. audition and at 10:30 a.m. for an 11 a.m. audition.

TO SCHEDULE AN AUDITION FOR DANCE:

• FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW AND HIT "SUBMIT"
• SEND A CHECK FOR $25.00 TO COVER THE AUDITION FEE*
• WHEN YOUR CHECK IS RECEIVED, A CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL BE SENT TO YOU AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE SECURED
• CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED AUDITION DATE TO SECURE A PLACE IN THE AUDITION.  CHECKS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Send a check or money order only, no cash or credit cards can be accepted. This check must be received two weeks prior to the audition date you desire so that you will receive the confirmation packet before the audition date.

Dance Workshop Audition Registration Form:

A confirmation letter with audition information, a map and a parking pass will be sent to your home address upon receipt of your $25 workshop fee.
