NOTE: The Department of Theatre & Dance will begin
accepting audition reservations July 8, 2009
Music Theatre Auditions are held at the UB Center for the Arts. Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. to sign in.
TO SCHEDULE A MUSIC THEATRE AUDITION:
- FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW AND HIT "SUBMIT"
- SEND A CHECK FOR $25.00 TO COVER THE AUDITION FEE*
- WHEN YOUR CHECK IS RECEIVED, A CONFIRMATION LETTER AND PARKING PASS WILL BE SENT TO YOU AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE SECURED
- IF YOUR CHECK IS NOT RECEIVED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE AUDITION DATE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO AUDITION
*Mail a check in the amount of $25.00 payable to Department of Theatre & Dance to:

Send a check or money order only, cash and credit cards cannot be accepted. This check must be
received two weeks prior to the audition date you desire so that you will receive
the confirmation packet before the audition date.
